Responsibilities

• Operate screw threading machines according to production specifications.
• Set up machines and adjust tool positions as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and manufacturing specifications.
• Measure completed parts and compare measurements to specifications and prints.
• Prepare and maintain cutting tools, dies, and accessories.
• Load the feed mechanism and position stock safely.
• Verify machine settings by measuring produced parts and making adjustments.
• Complete quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer instructions.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report issues.
• Complete production reports and documentation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate screw threading machines according to production specifications.
• Set up machines and adjust tool positions as required.
• Calculate machine and material requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and manufacturing specifications.
• Measure completed parts and compare measurements to specifications and prints.
• Prepare and maintain cutting tools, dies, and accessories.
• Load the feed mechanism by safely lifting and positioning stock.
• Verify machine settings by measuring produced parts and making necessary adjustments.
• Complete quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer instructions.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report issues as needed.
• Complete required manufacturing reports, forms, and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.

Education Requirements
