Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-7 years in applications/manufacturing/process engineering or related role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer applications and recommend threading solutions, tooling, and process improvements.
• Review drawings, specifications, material requirements, and objectives to develop optimal processes.
• Develop, validate, and document thread rolling processes for new and existing applications.
• Support customer trials, process validation, troubleshooting, and production implementation.
• Travel to customer facilities as needed (5–15%) to support installations and training.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, cost estimates, and application recommendations.
