These are direct hire opportunities, meaning you will be permanently employed with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!



Salary:

• $19 - $35/hr (based on shift and experience)
  

Shift:

\t
• Day shift: Mon-Fri | 4:00am – 2:30pm
  \t
• Night shift: Mon – Fri | 2:30pm – 1:00am

What You’ll Do: As a Thread Roller Operator, you’ll work as part of a high-performing team responsible for operating thread rolling machines to manufacture precision threaded fasteners for the heavy truck, automotive, and related industries.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
  \t
• Reviewing and verifying incoming blanks, materials, and tools
  \t
• Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting thread rolling machines
  \t
• Using SPC systems, machine controls, and process monitoring tools
  \t
• Measuring parts using micrometers, calipers, thread ring gauges, and other inspection tools
  \t
• Maintaining accurate quality records and production documentation
  \t
• Following supervisor instructions and maintaining a clean, organized work area
  \t
• Performing daily and weekly preventive maintenance to ensure machine performance

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating thread rolling machines, or similar metal forming machinery
