Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Field-based Thought Leader Liaison in Neuroscience to execute regional KTL engagement strategies aligned with national priorities. You will build relationships with KOLs and societies, advocate for Ipsen’s neuroscience portfolio, and generate market insights across multiple regions.

The role requires 6+ years in pharma/biotech, strong external engagement, and experience in neuroscience or neurotoxins. Field-based in the US with significant geographic coverage and travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech with strong external engagement and KOL management skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Experience in neuroscience or neurotoxins preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key thought leaders and professional societies.
• Drive advocacy for Ipsen’s neuroscience portfolio (including adult spasticity, dystonia, migraine).
• Generate actionable market insights.
• Support regional and national programs.
• Ensure compliant engagement activities.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Value & Access teams to inform strategy and expand KOL networks.

• support regional and national programs
• ensure compliant engagement activities
• Collaborates with Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Value & Access teams to inform strategy and expand key opinion leader networks.

Requirements

• BA/BS (Master’s preferred)
• 6+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech with strong external engagement and KOL management skills
