Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison, Neuroscience, to drive regional engagement within the Neuroscience Commercial team in the United States. You will build relationships with thought leaders across major institutions in adult and pediatric neurotoxin indications and contribute to regional program execution aligned with national priorities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS (Master’s preferred).

Role

The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Neuroscience, is a regional, field-based strategic position within Ipsen’s Neuroscience Commercial team, focused on executing regional KTL engagement strategies aligned with national priorities.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with thought leaders across major institutions and emerging fields in Adult Spasticity, Cervical Dystonia, Pediatric Spasticity, and future indications like Migraine;


• Generating actionable market insights;


• Supporting advocacy, and coordinating regional programs such as advisory boards and congress engagements.

Requirements

• BA/BS (Master’s preferred);


• at least 6 years of pharma/biotech experience with a background in neuroscience or neurotoxin areas;


• demonstrated KOL relationship management;


• excellent communication and project management skills;


• and ability to operate within regulated environments.

Preferred

• existing relationships in neuroscience;


• launch experience;


• familiarity with professional societies.

Travel

The position involves significant travel across multiple US states, including NM, AZ, CA, NV, CO, UT, WY, MT, ID, OR, and WA.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $190,000 to $235,000 base salary, with short-term incentives and comprehensive benefits.
