Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field-based Thought Leader Liaison within Neuroscience Commercial. You will execute regional KTL engagement strategies and foster relationships with thought leaders and societies across multiple states, supporting regional programs and compliant congress activities.

The role requires 6+ years in pharma/biotech with external engagement, strong communication and project-management skills, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (Master's preferred) and 6+ years in pharma/biotech with external engagement
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and project-management skills
• Familiarity with neuroscience/neurotoxin areas and existing KOL networks advantageous

Responsibilities

• Strategic relationship management across regional thought leaders and societies

Job description

Role: Field-based Thought Leader Liaison within Neuroscience Commercial

Responsible for executing regional KTL engagement strategies aligned with national priorities to foster relationships with thought leaders and professional societies across multiple states (CO, NM, TX, OK, KS, LA, MS, TN, AL, GA, FL). Objectives include building advocacy for Ipsen's Neuroscience portfolio in adult spasticity, cervical dystonia, pediatric spasticity, and migraine, by generating market insights, supporting regional programs, and ensuring compliant, high-quality congress and advisory activities.

Requirements

The position reports to leadership within the Neuroscience Commercial team, emphasizing strategic stakeholder influence and cross-functional alignment.

Location & Compensation

Location preference is near a major airport; salary range is $190,000–$225,000 plus incentives and comprehensive benefits.
