Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays ensure 24/7 coverage on the floor. You’ll be part of a Magnet-designated teaching hospital with research and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 1 year of RN experience required.
• Ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical unit.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with colleagues and patients to ensure coordinated care.
• Applies adult learning principles to educate patients, families, and staff.
