Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of recent RN adult oncology experience.
• Three (3) or more years of recent RN adult ambulatory care experience.
• Total RN experience of five (5) years or more.
• Current California RN licensure and healthcare provider CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Act as Nurse Navigator within the Thoracic Surgery Outpatient Clinic.
• Coordinate patient care across oncology services and referrals.
• Assess patients during referral and match needs with appropriate services.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration and uphold patient safety standards.
