Job summary

Baystate Health, a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts, seeks a BC/BE Medical Oncologist with a focus in Thoracic Oncology and Head & Neck cancer interest to join the Baystate Medical Center faculty.

This hybrid academic-clinical role offers collaboration across a robust, multidisciplinary cancer program with opportunities to lead thoracic/head & neck initiatives, contribute to clinical trials, and mentor fellows and residents while advancing regional cancer

Qualifications

• ABMS Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology; Massachusetts medical licensure.
• Fellowship training in thoracic oncology; interest in Head & Neck cancers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for thoracic malignancies within a multidisciplinary framework.
• Collaborate with surgery, pulmonary medicine, radiation oncology, radiology, and pathology.
• Participate in tumor boards, care pathway development, and programmatic growth in thoracic and head & neck oncology.
