Job summary

Tufts Medicine seeks a Thoracic Oncologist to lead the Medical Oncology component of the Thoracic Oncology Program at Tufts Medical Center, shaping patient care, research, and education across the system.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in the weekly lung cancer tumor board, mentor fellows, and drive program growth with opportunities in translational research across Tufts Medicine Health System, including community offices.

Qualifications

• Board eligibility or board certification in Medical Oncology.
• Experience with chemotherapeutic, targeted biologic, and immunotherapeutic agents.
• Clinical trial implementation and research experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Medical Oncology component of the Thoracic Oncology Program.
• Participate in weekly lung cancer tumor board.
• Provide patient care at Tufts Medical Center and health system sites.
• Collaborate in program development and growth across the system.
• Share inpatient coverage and teaching responsibilities.
