Job summary

Baystate Health in western Massachusetts seeks a BC/BE Medical Oncologist with a focus in thoracic oncology and interest in head & neck cancers to join our academic cancer program.

Join a high-volume, multidisciplinary cancer program with strong support to build a subspecialty practice, collaborate across surgery, pulmonary medicine, radiation oncology, radiology and pathology, and lead or participate in clinical trials and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• ABMS Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology.
• Interest in thoracic oncology or head & neck cancers.
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for thoracic malignancies within a multidisciplinary framework.
• Participate in tumor boards and care pathway development.
• Lead or contribute to thoracic and head & neck oncology initiatives.
• Engage in teaching and mentorship of fellows, residents, and students.
