Job summary

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions in Lima, Ohio is seeking a Recovery Housing Support Specialist for the third shift to support residents in our Level 3 recovery home. The RHSS will work closely with clinical staff to foster a safe, respectful environment and help residents progress on their recovery journeys.

Responsibilities span housing and case management duties, including daily check-ins, policy orientation, linking residents to services, documenting notes, and attending ORH trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in behavioral health, recovery housing or related field.
• Minimum high school diploma/ GED.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records system preferred.
• Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Age 25 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, non-judgmental support to residents in the housing program.
• Ensure the house is free from alcohol, illicit substances, and other prohibited items; conduct daily check-ins.
• Cover shifts overnight and on weekends to ensure staffing coverage.
• Orient new residents to policies and procedures; model recovery principles.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely; communicate shift notes to supervisor.
