Job summary

Openwork is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Cowpens, SC to lead maintenance technicians on the production floor and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You will implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance in manufacturing and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. This 3rd shift role runs from 11pm–7am, Monday through Friday, with a salary of $82,000–$88,000 DOE and

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Maintenance Supervisor in Cowpens. In this Maintenance Supervisor role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment, leading maintenance technicians, and working on the production floor.

In a Maintenance Supervisor job you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing advanced mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting
• Implementing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs using a CMMS.

What you’ll need:

• 3-5+ years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1-2 years of lead, senior technician, or supervisory experience preferred
