Responsibilities

• Lead safety and housekeeping using 1+5s principles.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences.
• Inspect materials and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Resolve employee problems and improve processes through lean methods.
• Drive continuous improvement via lean and Six Sigma.
