Job summary

Madison Health and Rehabilitation is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and new shift differentials.

Applicants must have current CNA certification and thrive in a collaborative care environment. CNAs will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, RN, and LPN, providing resident care, assisting with daily activities, and helping with meals and vital signs as part of a supportive

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA certification.
• Provide resident personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding.
• Supervise and assist with activities under supervision of Nursing leadership.

• New Shift Diff $5 3 PM - 11 PM, $3 11 PM - 7 AM.

Applicant must have current certification for CNA.

• Certified Nurse Aide works under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA responsibilities include, but are not limited to; supervising and assisting with activities.


• Serving meals to residents and assisting with feeding as needed.


• Providing or assisting with resident personal care.


• Taking/recording vital signs.
