Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience in collections, legal matters or vendor management is required or preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with internal and external customers.

• Ability to work in a team environment and independently as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily vendor workload including account assignments and settlement processing.
• Maintain and monitor third party scorecards and KPIs in alignment with contracts and bank requirements.
• Handle inbound calls regarding vendor issues and regulatory concerns (FDCPA, UDAAP, Fair Lending).
• Lead performance reviews and issue tracking with vendors and internal partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, policy adherence, and risk management across third party relationships.
