Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's in business management, project management or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of paid professional experience in third-party management, project management, risk/compliance management or related field acceptable in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Performs onboarding, ongoing oversight, and offboarding of third- and fourth-party relationships in accordance with bank policy.
• Conducts risk assessments related to third-party vendor relationships.
• Collaborates with business owners and SMEs to gather required approvals and documentation.
• Maintains accurate records of third-party information and contracts in the vendor management system.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manages annual reviews to ensure vendors meet established standards.
