Employment Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Risk Analyst to support third-party risk governance. The role is a full-time, onsite position based in McLean, VA, paying $48–$53 per hour.

Responsibilities include analyzing governance requirements, aggregating data, and delivering clear reporting to inform risk decisions. Qualifications include advanced Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and OneTrust experience, plus strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of third-party risk management and how to assess risk
• Experience with enterprise risk concepts and stakeholder management
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, lookups, pivots, charts
• Experience with Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word
• Experience building presentations for business audiences
• Familiarity with OneTrust or similar risk platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication, concise business writing

Responsibilities

• Analyze governance requirements to propose solutions and identify impacts, risks, and issues
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise partners and stakeholders
• Analyze enterprise data to extract insights and summarize results
• Aggregate data for periodic and ad hoc reporting and metrics reporting
• Support validation of quarterly dashboard materials
• Monitor changes in third-party risk domains and residual risk
• Review third-party performance assessments and support watchlist processes
• Recommend process improvements through continuous evaluation and follow-through
