Job summary

ZipStaff is seeking a Mid-Level Third-Party / Vendor Risk Analyst to support governance, risk assessments, and reporting for a major U.S. housing finance client in McLean, VA.

The role involves close collaboration with enterprise partners and stakeholders while delivering data-driven insights for leadership. applicants should have 2–4 years of third-party risk experience, advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau), and familiarity with OneTrust or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of third-party risk management experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise risk, risk assessments and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP/IF formulas, pivot tables, graphs), plus Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word and Adobe.
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience with OneTrust or a similar platform.
• Strong organization, multitasking and critical thinking, with a sense of urgency and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analyze governance requirements independently to propose solutions and identify impacts, risks and issues.
• Establish and maintain strong functional relationships with enterprise partners and stakeholders.
• Analyze enterprise data to extract relevant information and summarize results.
• Aggregate enterprise data for periodic, ad hoc and metric reporting, and support validation of quarterly dashboard materials.
• Monitor changes in third-party risk domains and associated residual risk.
• Review enterprise third-party performance assessments.
• Support enterprise watchlist processes and data aggregation.
• Advocate for improving existing processes with intellectual curiosity and tenacity.
