Job summary

Employment Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to support enterprise third‑party risk governance by analyzing data, identifying risk trends, and improving reporting for stakeholders. This is a full-time contract position onsite in McLean, Virginia, paying $58-$63 per hour.

You will analyze governance requirements, build relationships with partners, aggregate data for dashboards, and support watchlist processes, with a focus on clear storytelling and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Third-party risk management experience.
• 5+ years using Microsoft Excel (including XLOOKUP, IF, pivot tables, and charts/graphs).
• Experience with Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Adobe.
• Experience creating presentations for stakeholders and leadership audiences.
• Strong data analysis and data aggregation skills, including interpreting results into clear storylines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise business writing.
• Ability to priorities, multitask, and manage multiple stakeholders with a sense of urgency.
• Experience with OneTrust or a similar third-party risk platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze governance requirements and propose solutions while identifying impacts, risks, and issues.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with enterprise partners and stakeholders.
• Analyze enterprise data to extract relevant insights and summarize results for stakeholders.
• Aggregate data for periodic reporting, ad hoc reporting, and metric reporting.
• Support validation of quarterly dashboard materials and reporting outputs.
• Monitor changes in third-party risk domains and associated residual risk.
• Review third-party performance assessments and support watchlist processes.
• Recommend process improvements through proactive problem-solving and follow-through.
