Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage on third party liability claims: duty to defend, duty to indemnify, additional insured disputes, exclusions and allocation between carriers.
• Draft coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters that adjusters can actually act on.
• Manage declaratory judgment actions from complaint through dispositive motions and trial.
• Direct contact with carrier clients, often on the phone the same day a question comes up.
