Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Third-Party Compliance Manager to guide business personnel on the 3PP process and ethics/compliance issues related to third parties in China. You will analyze responses and due diligence materials, and recommend controls to minimize risk.

You will partner with regional OEC to strengthen compliance and training, and support continuous governance improvements. The role requires leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage projects, training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in pharma, nutrition, diagnostics or medical devices.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables) and in delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Support Abbott personnel with the 3PP and the system used to manage it.
• Clarify services provided by third parties, update 3PP data, and provide red-flag remediation guidance.
• Partner with regional OEC teams and leadership to enhance third-party compliance programs.
• Develop risk-based monitoring, outreach and training for distributors.
• Generate data/trend analyses, system reports and metrics for stakeholders.
• Assist in training and communication, including live or virtual sessions.
