Job summary

Abbott Park, IL-based Sr. Compliance Specialist will join the Compliance Training team responsible for Abbott's worldwide training strategies, including LERN.

Working under the Compliance Training Manager, you will interact with Abbott personnel globally and support training campaigns and communications. You'll deliver training as needed, assess workflow disruptions, and collaborate with OEC Systems Team and external course developers to ensure effective compliance learning across functions and

Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of work experience, prior experience with training and/or compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Abbott's Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) compliance training strategy and global implementation.
• Assist training manager with planning and implementation of LERN training campaigns and communications.
• Deliver training as needed. Available for traveling as needed.
• Proactively assesses and identifies potential workflow disruptions and leads to troubleshooting and issue resolution activities.
• Works in partnership with OEC Systems Team and third party course developers.
