Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) Strategic Execution and Initiatives Senior Analyst to lead project management and execution of global OEC initiatives. The role involves planning, stakeholder engagement, training, and producing critical compliance reporting materials to support identified projects.

You will coordinate with cross-functional partners, manage budgets and resources, and help drive consistency in risk assessment and governance while advancing AbbVie

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree required; CPA, Master’s, JD, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with, or exposure to, compliance, legal, audit, finance, and regulatory affairs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partners effectively with all levels of OEC to assess and identify support needs and maintain momentum via available channels.
• Creates and manages project plans and related materials (presentations, deliverables, implementation plans) for OEC projects.
• Supports global risk assessment by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborates with OEC teams and Internal Audit to identify, understand, and address evolving OEC risks.
