Job summary

University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) is seeking a 3rd Party Billing Specialist within Student Financial Services to manage third-party sponsor billing and military tuition assistance programs on a hybrid on-campus model in Colorado Springs.

You will process invoices, apply payments, reconcile accounts, and support compliance and reporting. A Bachelor's degree and experience with sponsor portals, CU-SIS, and Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with third-party sponsor billing, military tuition assistance, and student accounts is preferred.
• Experience with CU-SIS or Oracle Campus Solutions and Excel is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Process third-party sponsor billing and payments and maintain sponsor accounts.
• Apply third-party payments to student accounts and research discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate billing and reporting and assist with audits and compliance.
• Communicate with students and sponsors to resolve billing questions and issues.
• Support system testing and process improvements within Student Financial Services.
