You’ll complete the Caterpillar curriculum, work under mentors, and progress to advanced tasks while maintaining a strong GPA and representing Ohio CAT on campus.

What You’ll Do:

At Owens:

In the Shop:

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required before program start).
• Basic diesel knowledge or mechanical aptitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow safety protocols and use necessary equipment.
• Comfortable using computers and diagnostic tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/carry up to 40 lbs; pull up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, sit, climb stairs, and enter/exit machinery.
• Frequent hand/wrist/finger movement.
• Work environments range from quiet offices to loud shop environments.
