Job summary

Wolfspeed in New York is seeking a process sustaining associate for automated semiconductor production, with focus on Thin Films. This role works a 12-hour day shift on a 3on-4off-4on-3off schedule for Front End Days.

You will collaborate with Engineering to develop and qualify new processes, document DOE data, report issues, and assist in maintaining procedures and reticle inventory to improve yield and cycle time.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Engineer Technology (EET) or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) or equivalent.
• Strong ability in structured problem solving (5Y and 8Ds).
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and qualify new processes and tool sets; document and present DOE data when required.
• Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions; coordinate with Process Engineers & Equipment Maintenance for corrective action.
• Handle material depositions and resolve lot issues; assist in creating and refining procedures and maintaining reticle inventory.
