Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency: spreadsheets, production reporting, ERP/MRP, and inventory management.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; additional technical education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion safe work practices, enforce PPE use, and uphold LOTO procedures.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet customer and business targets; schedule jobs and plan mold changeovers.
• Hold the line on quality; monitor cycle times, scrap, downtime and process capability.
• Maintain production records and verify material availability and inventory accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members; run shift handoffs.

Lead Daily Molding Operations with PrecisionAt AmbaFlex, your day starts on the floor. You walk the cells, confirm 6S readiness, check PPE and LOTO compliance, scan the schedule, and align people, molds, and machines for a smooth start.
