Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Set up Technician to support the manufacturing group by completing thermoforming mold set-ups on schedule and performing mold installation/removal and repairs. The role requires reading blueprints, basic measurements, and safe operation of tools.

The position offers a 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM shift (E-Shift) Monday through Friday, with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus training and development opportunities through MyLearning.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED and 2-3 years related experience.
• Demonstrated problem solving and mechanical skills are required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing by ensuring thermoforming mold set-ups are completed on schedule.
• Install and remove molds; perform minor and major repairs as needed.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of the work area and equipment.
