Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in plastic processing, preferably thermoforming.
• Strong thermoforming and tooling knowledge with materials, product design.
• Lean Six Sigma tools knowledge preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and data.
• High mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve machine problems to minimize downtime.
• Support RD&E during troubleshooting using DOE and data analysis.
• Document process development and tooling changes.
• Attend Design Review meetings to provide process insights.
• Scale up processes from RD&E to production.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Stay updated on thermoforming equipment and processes.
• Assist in training Setup Mechanics/Operators.
