Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor thermoforming production lines including setups, changeovers, and quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to reduce downtime and maintain production goals.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance cycle times and reduce material waste.
• Train and mentor team members on machine operation, safety, and standard procedures.

Qualifications (Must‑Have):
