Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Thermoforming Operator for our Mineral Wells plant in West Virginia. You will operate thermoforming equipment, load molds, inspect parts, and ensure quality while supporting shifts that include evenings and nights.

Starting pay is $17.95 per hour, with a $1 shift differential, monthly bonuses, and eligible wage increases. This role requires high school diploma and 1+ year in manufacturing, preferably thermoforming, and you’ll work in a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• + 1 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in Thermoforming.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to other departments to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate Thermoforming equipment throughout the facility.
• Use measurement instruments to check work.
• Adjusts and notifies tooling personnel for more complex machine adjustments.
• Load and remove inserts in the mold and inspect parts.
• Packs plastic containers and lids according to packing specs.
• Read and operate the machine’s computer console.
• Ensure the overall continuing manufacturing process.
• Complete all required paperwork.
