Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load extruded plastic onto the machine bed per specs.
• Feed material into former, I-press, and trim press.
• Diagnose production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor product weight, color, and thickness; optimize cycle times.
• Assist with setup, start-up and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Scan new rolls into the QAD system and maintain housekeeping.
