itD is seeking a Thermal Testing Engineer to support thermal testing, laboratory validation, and data collection initiatives that enable reliable system performance and engineering decisions.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in thermal testing, temperature measurement, laboratory system assembly, setup, and troubleshooting, with onsite work in San Jose, CA. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience in thermal testing, temperature measurement, and data collection.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with system assembly, test setup, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on thermal testing, temperature measurement, and data collection to support engineering validation activities.
• Assemble, configure, and troubleshoot laboratory test systems and equipment.
• Execute thermal test procedures and document test results, observations, and findings.
• Support the setup and validation of liquid-cooling test systems and related thermal test configurations.
• Analyze test data and communicate results to engineering stakeholders to support technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on test planning, execution, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, test records, and technical reports.
