Job summary

itD is seeking a Thermal Testing Engineer to support thermal testing, laboratory validation, and data collection that enable reliable system performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in thermal testing, temperature measurement, and lab system assembly, setup, and troubleshooting.

Location is onsite in San Jose, CA with pay rate $27–$27.69 per hour. We offer comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and note that we are unable to sponsor; only direct W2

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience in thermal testing and data collection.
• Laboratory system assembly, test setup and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on thermal testing and data collection to support validation.
• Assemble, configure and troubleshoot laboratory test systems and equipment.
• Execute thermal test procedures and document results and observations.
• Support setup and validation of liquid-cooling test systems.
