Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company is seeking a Manager, Thermal Test Engineering to lead the thermal testing team. You will oversee test methodologies, training, and data systems to ensure accurate, repeatable results across NPD, modeling, and certification.

Responsibilities include ownership of CTI-related testing, liaising with R&D, and driving continuous improvement in testing capabilities across global labs, including ammonia systems and related instrumentation.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Chemical (or similar) Engineering with thermodynamics, heat/mass transfer and fluid mechanics.
• Experience leading engineering teams or projects with execution responsibility.
• 6+ years’ experience in testing HVAC & refrigeration systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead thermal testing programs with high-quality data.
• Support predictive modeling and product development through testing.
• Analyze data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Represent BAC in CTI and industry forums.
• Lead and develop the thermal testing team and training programs.
• Improve testing methodologies, SOPs, and data validation.
