Vertiv Corporation in Columbus, OH is seeking a Test Engineer to assist Test Technicians in designing and developing equipment setups and test procedures for major systems at the Vertiv Thermal Lab. This onsite role requires a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, at least 3 years in thermal systems testing, and strong hands-on skills with data acquisition, instrumentation, and test standards.

You will lead testing activities, collaborate with design engineering, and ensure high-quality results

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in thermal systems testing.
• Experience with test procedure design and validation.

Responsabilités

• Assist Test Technicians in designing equipment setups and test procedures.
• Develop test plans for customer equipment demonstrations.
• Review test progress and evaluate results.
• Perform test validations and factory witness tests.
• Calibrate instrumentation in the lab.
• Provide support to engineering and customers with quality test products.
