Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical system assembly, integration, and testing.
• Must be located within 60 miles of Fredericksburg, VA; relocation not offered; CPT/OPT/STEM OPT not sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical products and test systems including cable fabrication, wiring, PCB soldering, and inspections.
• Build and integrate mechanical assemblies such as heat exchangers, motors, piping, and frames.
• Develop test setups and test cells to support validation activities.
• Lead testing for new or modified product designs.
• Create and execute test plans, qualification procedures, and validation protocols.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data and results.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during bring-up and validation.
• Collaborate with vendors to support testing and sequencing requirements.
• Maintain engineering documentation like drawings, specs, test procedures, and manuals.
