Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3+ years of experience in system assembly, integration, and testing, with strong hands-on skills in lab environments and experience reading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical system assembly, integration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical products and test systems including wiring, cable fabrication, PCB soldering, and quality inspections.
• Build and integrate mechanical assemblies such as heat exchangers, piping, and thermal hardware.
• Develop test setups and cells to support engineering validation.
• Lead testing efforts for new and modified product designs.
• Create and execute test plans, procedures, and validation protocols.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data and results.
• Support prototype assembly, test setup, troubleshooting, and teardown.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during bring-up.
• Collaborate with vendors to support testing activities and sequencing.
• Maintain engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, test procedures, work instructions, and lessons learned.
• Prepare technical reports, test reports, operating manuals, and assembly documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability.
