Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3+ years of electrical and mechanical assembly and testing experience.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Fredericksburg, VA; no relocation offered.
• Active duty military are exempt from these requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assembling electrical product designs within an inter-disciplinary team, including cable fabrication and PCB wiring checks.
• Assembling mechanical system components such as motors, heat exchangers, and piping.
• Install electrical components, create/review schematics, and assist in PCB fabrication.
• Lead testing on new and modified designs.
• Develop and execute test plans and qualification tests for production launch.
• Maintain product drawings, specifications, and create assembly/work instructions and test reports.
