Qualifications

• At least one year of Thermal Spray experience with Plasma or HVOF equipment.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for the position.
• Operate and program flame/thermal spray equipment.
• Prepare parts by masking, grit blasting, setup, and post-process unmasking.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program flame/thermal spray equipment (Plasma, HVOF, Twin Wire Arc).
• Prepare parts by masking, grit blasting, setup, and post-process unmasking.
• Monitor process parameters and maintain records to meet schedules and specs.
• Perform routine inspection of coated parts for quality conformance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols for paints, chemicals, and PPE.
• Collaborate with team to support production goals and continuous improvement.
