Job summary

Component Repair Technologies, based in Mentor, OH, is seeking an entry-level Thermal Spray Set-Up Technician. This role supports the thermal spray technicians by preparing parts for restoration, configuring equipment, and applying masking. The successful applicant will undergo extensive in-house training.

Responsibilities include following safety protocols, performing grit blasting, and maintaining quality standards. Qualifications

• High school or technical school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Experience in reading and interpreting shop drawings is preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting displaying attention to detail is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for thermal spray by cleaning, masking, and grit blasting.
• Inspect completed work for adherence to specifications.
• Follow written work instructions accurately and communicate effectively with team members.
