Job summary

AAA USA Inc is actively hiring an experienced Thermal Spray Operator to support aerospace manufacturing and gas turbine component repair programs in Jupiter, Florida. We are seeking skilled manufacturing professionals with experience in thermal spray coatings, industrial robotics, CNC machining, automated manufacturing systems, or precision component repair.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in thermal spray, aerospace manufacturing, CNC machining, industrial robotics, automated manufacturing, or related manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating thermal spray equipment such as GTV, Sulzer Metco, or similar coating systems preferred.
• Experience with HVOF, Plasma Spray, APS, TBCs or other industrial coating processes preferred.
• Experience operating or programming industrial robots such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA preferred.
• CNC machine operation or programming experience welcomed.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and technical specs.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic thermal spray equipment to apply protective coatings to aerospace gas turbine components.
• Prepare components for coating through blasting, masking, cleaning, and fixture installation.
• Program, operate, and monitor automated coating systems and robotic cells.
• Inspect coating thickness, coverage, and quality using precision measuring equipment and specs.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, engineering drawings, and coating specifications.
• Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation; report non-conforming conditions.
• Perform routine maintenance on thermal spray equipment, tooling, and automated systems.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to meet customer requirements and schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following all safety and quality procedures.

Essential Functions:
