Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and computers.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate thermal processing and production equipment.
• Move pallets, drums, and materials using a forklift.
• Load and unload conveyors and processing equipment.
• Weigh, label, and track materials.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, gauges, and equipment controls.
• Enter production information into computer systems.
• Perform basic equipment checks and minor maintenance.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all required safety, PPE, and environmental procedures.
