The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, prior manufacturing or industrial experience, and the ability to work on-site with steady, team-focused performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating industrial equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate thermal processing and related industrial equipment per procedures.
• Load, process, and move materials safely within the department.
• Record before/after weights of material lots.
• Perform startup checks and verify systems operate correctly.
• Monitor temperatures and capture production data accurately.
• Report irregularities or safety concerns to supervision.
• Operate forklift and other material-handling equipment as assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
