Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a dependable TRD Operator for the Thermal Reduction Department in Fairless Hills, PA. The role focuses on safe, efficient thermal processing of materials with hands-on equipment operation and data entry.

You'll work 1st shift, onsite, earning $18.50/hour with full-time benefits. Candidates should have a HS diploma/GED and relevant experience; forklift skills are a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic math, documentation and data-entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate thermal processing and related industrial equipment per procedures.
• Load, process, and move materials safely throughout the department.
• Record weights of material lots; complete production paperwork.
• Perform startup checks; verify systems operate properly.
• Monitor temperatures and other production data; report issues.
• Operate forklift and other material-handling equipment as assigned.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas; follow PPE rules and safety guidelines.
• Communicate concerns to Supervisor or Manager; support daily goals.
