Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater in Greenville, NC is hiring for a full-time 2nd shift production operator. The role runs Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, onsite, with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Primary duties include operating equipment, moving materials with a forklift, and ensuring accurate production documentation. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, plus preferred forklift or machine experience.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with forklift or machine operation is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures and document work.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as ball mills, blenders, crushers, de-caners, and drum tilters.
• Use a forklift to move and weigh materials.
• Prepare and process materials according to procedures.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Identify and report material, weight, labeling, or equipment concerns.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow PPE rules.
• Meet daily production goals with the team.
