Job summary

Nestlé USA seeks a Process Authority‑in‑training type professional to provide market-wide thermal processing technical service. You will independently plan and execute studies, evaluate data, and strengthen factory controls while developing breadth and regulatory knowledge under defined oversight.

This role emphasizes apprenticeship toward Process Authority designation, cross‑factory knowledge transfer, and ensuring validated lethality and sterility across sites. Significant travel is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in thermal process establishment, validation, verification, or technical support.
• Hands-on experience conducting studies and authoring technical reports across multiple products.
• Experience leading audits, start-ups, investigations, and deviations with oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, document, and evaluate temperature/heat distribution studies across factories.
• Prepare thermal processing specifications and validation reports for review by the Process Authority.
• Review and approve CCPs, SOPs, sterility programs, and validation documents.
• Evaluate deviations and escalate when necessary; support regulatory responses through the Process Authority.
