Qualifications

• Typically five or more years of experience in thermal process establishment, validation, verification, or technical support.
• Hands-on experience conducting studies and authoring technical reports across multiple products, packages, and processing technologies.
• Experience leading audits and supporting start-ups or investigations with Process Authority oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, document, and evaluate thermal processing studies across factories.
• Prepare processing specifications and validation documents for review by the Process Authority.
• Review and approve CCPs, SOPs, and change-control documentation within delegated authority.
• Lead cross-factory technical analyses of thermal process issues and develop improvements.
• Transfer effective practices among factories and verify adoption through field follow-up.
