We are committed to providing high-quality products that meet our customers' needs while maintaining a strong market presence. This position offers a four-day work week, Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day, from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am.

Job Summary
Thermal Press Operators produce final products from raw materials, using precise weights and measurements.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Perform Safety Preflight checks and maintain work areas using 5S practices.
2. Operate 3-5 presses per press set and conduct quality control checks.
3. Enter production data accurately into the ERP system.
4. Visually inspect wheels for defects and segregate defective units.
5. File raised mould lines as necessary and sort moulded wheels by part number.
6. Follow safety protocols and end-of-shift procedures per 5S practices.
7. Adhere to organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirements

1. Ability to stand or walk for 10 hours per shift.
2. Lift up to thirty pounds.
3. Basic reading and comprehension skills.
4. Knowledge of Epicor ERP system is a plus but not required.
5. Basic computer skills.
